Hi shack i have been using blender for its uv map feature, like merging a mapped out uv map with the original sculpt uv map. i was thinking it would be a cool feature to introduce to prim composer.

would it be possible to have a feature that would save the original sculpt uv map before you brake the map up using uv unwrap  for textureing in photoshop then kinda merge the saved map and uv wraped textures so you get one texture that can be placed on the prim, if you get what i mean.

i think this would save time and make for more acruate texturing. Laugh

I think we can already do this, but I'm not sure that I understand what you are saying 100%.

Have you looked at the Apple Pie Sculptie tutorial Part 2 on the Prim Composer Tutorials Page?

Seems like this might be similar to what you are talking about, but I'm not sure.
