Any idea why it is not working?

using WP version 2.6

NextGEN Gallery 0.99.1

I don't know.  If you look at the mrss feed for that page, there are a number of errors occurring.  Depending on your browser, you might have to view source to see the xml for the feed and the errors.

You are running PHP 4, correct?  It's possible that wp-piclens-plus isn't as compatible with PHP 4 as I thought.
